For our recent BBQ catering event in Houston, the food was delicious and plentiful, with the service being prompt and efficient. Our guests raved about the brisket and ribs, and the sides were a perfect complement to the main courses.

I’ve been meaning to write you, but the time has gotten away from me. I just wanted to send a note to thank you for the wonderful job you folks did on my dad’s party. Steve was awesome to deal with – and very accommodating. The food was great. We had a lot of people comment on it, and a few asked for your info. My mother-in-law has already decided that she wants to use your services for her retirement party. The guys who came to set-up the party were fantastic. They were there early, had everything set-up and waiting, and waited for us to open the buffet line (they even worked around our appetizers). During the party, they were clearing plates for our guests and helping in any way possible – they kept saying “Let me do that. You enjoy your party.” The one who stayed for the whole party even helped us serve cake and ice cream. Your guys were the epitome of good customer service (and kindness). I thank you. My mom thanks you and my father as well. It was an awesome job and it really helped put our party over the top! We will be calling you again.

Can you please pass on our thanks to the staff that oversaw our mother funeral. From start to finish they were amazing - professional, friendly, polite and helpful. They were always there, yet always in the background, not an easy balance to achieve. Also, compliments on the food - everything was delicious, and it was very attractively presented. I wanted to let you know that we were so impressed by the food and service provided by Local 

Smoke for my sister in law’s baby shower this past Saturday. Tracy helped out with everything and made everything run so much more smoothly. The barbecue was fantastic, and the mac and cheese was to die for. I’m glad that I had leftovers to take home!

Everything was absolutely wonderful! Our guests could not stop raving about the food. I seriously have not had BBQ that good since I moved here from Kansas City. Your food was definitely the highlight of our party. All the little extras you threw in like plates, napkins, serving spoons and tongs was awesome. It made my life so much easier that day. :)
